Monica has worked in the Surrogacy industry for nearly two decades. She has held multiple positions, including Surrogate & Egg Donor intake, Case Manager, Trust Account Manager, and Office Manger, allowing her to understand all aspects of an agency. We are honored to have her as our Agency Director.

Monica has helped thousands of families fulfill their dream of having babies. She is known for her close and caring relationships with Egg Donors, Surrogates, and Intended Parents. Monica is also a Certified Medical Assistant with a background in OB/GYN.

Jessica is a proven surrogate who works to create a community within the agency and recruit quality gestational carriers.

When Jessica isn’t working, you’ll find her reading a book, camping with friends and family, or binge-watching shows. She enjoys working out and spending time outside with her husband and kids. Jessica and her family like to go on family bike rides and off-roading. Jessica is always getting into something new like the true Gemini she is. She loves doing all the things that keep her brain moving, especially when it comes to helping others.

Diana handles many tasks behind the scenes to ensure our surrogates & intended parents have a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Diana also assists Monica, our Director and Founder, to complete daily tasks for a successful agency. On her down time, Diana loves to cook and bake. She also loves to spend time with family, watch movies and craft by making special shirts and cups. Diana also is a proud surrogate.

Peyton loves to go to the river and desert. When she is not doing either of those, she is either at home binge watching The Real Housewives with her two cat babies or spending time with her friends or family. She loves to try new activities and hobbies every so often to keep her entertained. Currently, she enjoys reading and gardening.

When Morgan isn’t helping Monica and the team keep the office running, she likes to spend time at the river, desert, and beach. She also enjoys working out, watching sports, and binge-watching shows.

Graeme Hsu was born and raised in Taiwan and has international experience.

Before joining Accel Conceptions, Graeme spent many years in marketing and public relations management in Greater China, where he specialized in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle with a variety of top global brands. Graeme comes from an LGBTQ-friendly family and grew up with tremendous support, which led him to Accel Conceptions to strengthen our global team and deliver great services to our clients to achieve a competitive advantage.​

Tasha has completed 4 surrogacies and has had very different experiences through each surrogacy journey.

She has a wealth of knowledge and experience to share. She is a mentor to our current and potential surrogates. She happily answers questions and is a point of contact for anyone who has questions around surrogacy. Tasha enjoys crafting, running and doing puzzles on her down time.
