Can I Become a Surrogate in Alaska?

At this time, Accel Conceptions does not accept surrogate applications from Alaska.

Although gestational surrogacy is permitted in Alaska and many courts will grant pre-birth parentage orders, the state’s geographic location and limited access to fertility clinics can make the surrogacy process significantly more complex for surrogates and intended parents.

Because our priority is providing every surrogate with a smooth, well-supported journey and reliable access to medical care throughout the process, Accel Conceptions does not currently facilitate surrogate journeys for Alaska residents.
