Can I Become a Surrogate in Florida?

At this time, Accel Conceptions does not accept surrogate applications from Florida.

While gestational surrogacy is legal in Florida, the state’s laws are more restrictive than many other surrogacy-friendly states and provide different legal processes depending on the intended parents’ marital status and family structure. In many cases, legal parentage cannot be finalized until after the baby is born, and the process can require additional legal proceedings.

Because our priority is ensuring every surrogate has clear legal protections and a consistent legal framework, Accel Conceptions does not currently facilitate surrogate journeys for Florida residents.
