Can I Become a Surrogate in Iowa?

At this time, Accel Conceptions does not accept surrogate applications from Iowa.

Although gestational surrogacy is legally recognized in Iowa, the state’s parentage laws require additional legal steps after birth and do not provide the streamlined protections we require for our surrogates.

Because our priority is ensuring every surrogate has clear legal protections and a well-established legal process, Accel Conceptions does not currently facilitate surrogate journeys for Iowa residents.
