Can I Become a Surrogate in Louisiana?

At this time, Accel Conceptions does not accept surrogate applications from Louisiana.

Louisiana is one of the most restrictive states for gestational surrogacy. State law prohibits compensated surrogacy and only allows very limited, uncompensated arrangements under strict legal requirements. Surrogacy agreements outside of those narrow exceptions may carry civil and criminal penalties.

Because Louisiana does not provide the legal protections and compensation structure, we believe every surrogate deserves, Accel Conceptions does not facilitate surrogate journeys for Louisiana residents.
