Can I Become a Surrogate in Nebraska?

At this time, Accel Conceptions does not accept surrogate applications from Nebraska.

Nebraska law makes compensated surrogacy agreements void and unenforceable. While gestational surrogacy is not illegal, the state does not provide the legal protections and clear framework found in more surrogacy-friendly states.

Because protecting our surrogates is our top priority, Accel Conceptions does not currently facilitate surrogate journeys for Nebraska residents. If you’d like to learn more about the states where we accept surrogate applications, we’d be happy to help.
