Can I Become a Surrogate in West Virginia?

At this time, Accel Conceptions does not accept surrogate applications from West Virginia.

Although West Virginia does not have a law that expressly prohibits gestational surrogacy, the state also lacks a clear statutory framework governing surrogacy agreements and parentage. Because the legal process can be less predictable than in states with established surrogacy laws, our program does not currently accept gestational carrier applicants who reside in West Virginia.
