Surrogacy in Wyoming
Can I Become a Surrogate in Wyoming?
At this time, Accel Conceptions does not accept surrogate applications from Wyoming.
While Wyoming has limited laws addressing gestational surrogacy, the legal framework is much more restrictive than in many other states. State law limits the compensation that may be provided during a surrogacy journey and requires parentage to be established only after the baby is born, rather than allowing a pre-birth parentage order.
Because Wyoming does not offer the same legal protections and streamlined process found in many surrogacy-friendly states, Accel Conceptions does not currently facilitate surrogate journeys for Wyoming residents.
Our priority is ensuring every surrogate has strong legal protections, comprehensive benefits, and the support needed for a safe and successful journey. For that reason, we currently accept surrogate applications only from states with more established and surrogate-friendly legal frameworks.
If you have questions about surrogacy or would like to learn more about the states where we currently accept applications, we’d love to hear from you. Contact our team today to learn more.
